Dues are invoiced in January and payable without penalty by April 30th. Starting May 1, a 10% penalty is added to unpaid funds


Accounts that are two years in arrears will have a lien filed on their property and will be sent to collection.

Collection agencies will report delinquencies to the credit bureau which affects credit ratings, insurance policies etc. 


Rush Lake Property Owners will accept a payment plan on past due accounts and can be set up by email clerk@rushlakepoa.com.
