The dirt roads in the RLPOA are maintained by the Rush Lake Property Owners Association. Members living on the dirt roads are assessed annual dues to fund: road grading, calcium chloride treatments, gravel and snow plowings.

Road grading is done during the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons.

Calcium Chloride treatments are completed after gradings and generally are done 2-3 times per year.

Snow plowing is completed when there are three inches or more of snow.

The association also provides calcium treated sand in the park areas for homeowners to take for icy roads.

Please note: It is the homeowners responsibility to cut and trim tree limbs and shrubs that affect visibility for driving on the roads. Keeping the roads graded and safe are important goals for the RLPOA Board.
